Six-axis force sensors measure force and torque across three spatial axes.

CCID Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. and China Electronics News released the 2026 China Humanoid Robot Six-Axis Force Sensor Market Research Report on 31 August. The study reviews industrial development, market structure, supplier competition and the outlook for six-axis force sensors used in humanoid robots in China.

These sensors simultaneously measure forces along three axes and torque around three axes. They support precise manipulation, stable walking control and safer human-robot interaction. As humanoid robots move into industrial assembly, logistics and customer-facing environments, the report says force control is shifting from an optional capability to a core system requirement.

Domestic suppliers lead the market.

The report places the top three Chinese suppliers at a combined 92.8% of the market, led by Blue Point Touch.

Prices are falling as domestic supply expands.

The report says high-end foreign-brand sensors remain priced at roughly RMB 70,000-80,000 per unit, while mainstream domestic products range from several thousand yuan to RMB 30,000. Performance, accuracy and environmental adaptability continue to influence price differences.

Strong growth is forecast through 2030.

With humanoid platforms expanding and force-control configurations becoming more common in industrial robots, the report forecasts multi-fold annual growth in 2026 and 2027. By 2030, it projects approximately 1.2 million domestic sensor shipments, a market value near RMB 6 billion and a compound annual growth rate above 100%.

Three technology directions stand out: miniaturization, intelligence and scenario-oriented design. Smaller sensors create space for added intelligence, while real-world performance demands are accelerating engineering improvements in accuracy, integration and application-specific design.
